DELTA SIG- Pros: They seem to be getting their act together and improving. Last year's pledge class broke the trend of absolutely terrible pledge classes so it looks like they're going in the right direction. They're throwing more parties and have a somewhat nice house to host them at. I'd say they're starting to rise slowly as a fraternity. Cons: Their house a lot of times goes unnoticed because it is swamped by it's large neighbor, Theta Chi, and it is shielded by some vegetation. Their parties never really get that big and it's hard for them to host even a decent party on weekends when Theta Chi and Beta are next door taking the crowds. They also don't pull any top sororities or many average sororities due to their brothers being pretty odd. Rush is going good for them. Apparently, (for their standards) they're recruiting some better quality guys and are progressing better this year in numbers. Pledge here if you're looking for a smaller rising fraternity with a somewhat decent social life.
