Move DG up to be inbetween AOPI/DDD and above DZ/Pi Phi/Theta. They are at the bottom of the top/top of the middle, not they still have social rotations closer to that of the top then that of Theta and DZ and Pi Phi. Also move GPhi to the bottom. They can't be on par with anyone until they actually have a PC.
