Each sorority has its own way of personally deciding who they want but all will review your photo and notes taken by those who spoke with you, et cetera. Every sister has a voice in this process. For the most part, girls who are released from a particular house wouldn't mesh well with that house. Don't be offended; the sheer volume of potential new members makes it difficult to remember each girl. A person may not have clicked with the particular sisters she spoke with in that case, so it's important to mingle with as many sisters as possible. Regardless of the methods used to decide who each sorority wants, they have to list all potential new members in two lists; their first choice bid list and their second choice bid list. The first list is alphabetical and the second list is names in the order that they would like to have those girls join. Remember that you will also be weeding out groups as you go through Recruitment.
