So we all know whether you like it or not Phi Psi has by far the best block. They have 5 options for block partners seeing that they won't go below top tier. Theta cannot do block, Kappa is in trouble which leaves DG, Aphi and Pi Phi. DG has closer relations with TKE so I see that as a likely pairing. Phi Psi just had Pi Phi the year prior so I predict Alpha Phi as the winnner. The only thing hurting Aphi is that they've had lower block partners in the past two years but they probably got the best pledge class in terms of looks which helps.
