Housing: where to build; who's selling land; will panhel/campus be willing to expand further and faster than they have in past 20 years; is there an NPC group willing to come to campus and do they have the finances to be successful. BTW it's possible some NPC chapters, that have been here before then closed here, do not want to return here under any circumstances.
