Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 1.0 These guys had an okay run but now that they are losing their house next year they are most likely shutting down. Their frat is mainly guys graduating this year so once they are gone, there wont be that many members left and they arent trying anymore because they wont have a house next year

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 3.7 Honestly a great chapter. They are involved in sororities Phil events. They are also very welcoming to anyone who wants to come hang out. Nice guys.

They’re often referred to as band kids down here and not to mention they’re in debt and have the longest pledgeship (10 weeks). Likes to start beef and has minimal philanthropy/ sorority connection. Wouldn’t even rush here if it was the only place I got a bid at
