Like others have said Old Row and New Row are two different beasts. Can't really compare them to one another.
Old Row:
DKE, SAE, KA, SNU, Phi Gam, Phi Delt
New Row:
OX, Pike, Pi Kapp, ATO, EX, DX, Beta, Kappa Sig, Lambda Chi,
Sigma Chi and Beta would be higher but they were in trouble this year. Hopefully they will bounce back.

Beta will be back same way Pike came back.
SX will probably be back, but they are on the ropes.
KE not better than LXA, ZBT or DTD since 1940
Phi Delt came back some, but still not guaranteed to regain top houses, old or new

Why is DX ever ranked on here?
Haven't met a single one, and I hang out with the majority of the top sororities and they never once talk about DX.
What gives? Maybe I just don't understand because I'm not on Jefferson, but I hear more about Chi Phi, ZBT, and Lambda Chi than I do DX nowadays. Hell I hear more about DTD and Sig Ep.

Never hear anything about DX. Would drop them with KE and SX honestly. Dont think they are equal with Pike and Pi Kapp

I dont agree with this. Beta hasnt had a single party. KE and SX are better than Lambda Chi ZBT DTD
