Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 Twas a good house, sad that they'll be off campus for three years, will probably have a good rebound in 2026 given the physical house is awesome and has an excellent location on the slope.

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 TDX got kicked off campus for three years. Overall bad for greek life and unwarranted -- read the scorecard, it basically says nothing. Heard football moved to DU.

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 Kind of sad what happened to them. A few bad apples ruined the frat for everyone. Their physical house is awesome and used to throw legendary raves. A shame they won't be back for three more years. Heard the remaining guys moved to DU, so maybe DU can keep their memory.
