painted coolers

This one's mainly directed to the gentlemen, but ladies if you have creative ideas please respond. The question is, how do you really feel about painted coolers? I've painted one for my boyfriend for Carolina Cup and one for Mountain Weekend, but now Formals approaching and I'm wondering if he really wants me to produce a third painted cooler. I know I could ask him, but I don't want him to tell me he wants another just because he thinks he ought to say that. And if not a cooler, then what would you really want to get (and I'm referring to craft projects right now boys)? Has one of your brothers received a gift from his date that you wish you had gotten?
