Not when you're a part of greek life. Almost all chapters have national GPA minimums that they have to uphold. When you join you sign something giving consent for the office of FSL to report your grades. This is to ensure that high standards of academics (scholarship is one of the four pillars of greek life) are maintained.

every sorority here is selective..you can’t just walk into greek life with a 2.0 and a bad attitude. some are harder to get into than others and with pi phi being new they can’t cut as many girls as some of the top tiers

you need to stop using the word cut, better term is release do to grades:) reminder it does take time for any NEW house to build them self up on campus. be that type of individual they are looking for
