actually such a great fraternity. the brothers here are very kind and respectful. if you give them a chance, they can be really fun

Haven't seen a post from the uoft phidelts ever, last one is 6 years ago?? Where are they??? Rush Winter 24??

Probably 3rd farthest from campus, don’t host parties, can probably count the number of members on my hands. How do they still exist?

Experienced a lot of racism, bigotry and shady dealings here. No Alpha initiation, replaced by a GHQ one, renders your reputation as irredeemable. While developing and studying, I was harassed constantly by Alumni and Staff of the organization, witnessed organizational bullying and intimidation tactics, and manifestly unlawful tenancy and governance (at one point the university legal team was about to get involved due to fire-hazards and other redress). The student body on campus has become increasingly wary and a lack of trust permeates fraternities now (justifiably so). Many of these ratings are obvious illegitimate self-comments. The property reflects the sorry state of affairs. The alumni who became successful and moved on to bigger and better things don’t even want to associate themselves with a dishonourable sham, many look back at the organization with contempt! We will not even park our cars and take advantage of the cheaper rate, as the risk management is too high and the property is not well maintained/is falling apart due to mismanagement by the alumni board who I suspect is pocketing funds. I warn all future students to steer clear away from this organization, it will end up costing you a lot of time, money, effort, heartache/headache, which students at an academically rigorous university can’t afford to get involved in. What’s worse is that their management/leadership methodology rubbed off on some of the students, making them worse leaders and in fact less prepared to succeed in future endeavours! Looking back as a successfully employed graduate and established adult, I wouldn’t even join the house if they paid me to!

I'm absolutely in love with their new revamped chapter. They're the sweetest guys ever, down to earth and super fun to hang out with. I know they're going to do great things as a chapter and as individuals!

Honest to god, some of the most fun guys to be around/chill with. Hard to really categorize em since the brothers are pretty different from each other though

Great group of guys, but you hardly ever see them. Literally just come out to more events, y'all aint half bad.

Here to say the guys are very friendly and they definitely have potential.Hope you chapter can build numbers soon!

Our socials with them have all been very fun. Super sweet guys, easy to talk to and down to earth.

I only know a few of their members but they are so sweet and really fun to be around. If the rest of the fraternity is like them then I'd highly suggest people rush or mix with them.
