SAE has a great house but quality of guys is not that great.
My ranking...purely based on rep, girls, parties:

KA
FIJI
BETA (maybe interchangeable with delt)
DELT
SAE
SIG EP
SIGMA CHI

Everyone else is irrelevant.

KA clearly locks the best guys..

beta gave bids to 2 corp guys this fall, they are below delt but still above SAE

To be honest...why is Beta always ranked that high? They aren't that good and a lot of their guys are scrubs...

Beta has no exposure on campus, no house, no great parties, and guys aren't anything special...Maybe they used to be top but not really anymore.

agree, sig ep is better than their usually given credit for

I would move sigma chi down to tier 3

and fiji is always overrated...I swear half of them have lady parts

Your tier 1 and 2 are spot on. Every other tier needs some work.
Everyone you have in tier 4 should be in tier 3.

that is really not true. Lots of fun and nice guys in the frats in the lower tiers. And Pikes and ATO's are still pretty new and growing.
