These are the tiers, they haven't change and are well established. Everyone has their own opinion or favorite houses within specific tiers, so we can just stop arguing about it.

Top:
Tridelt, Kappa, DG, Alpha Phi
Middle:
Theta, Phi Sig, SDT, AEPhi, AXiD
Bottom:
Gamma Phi, AGD, DPhiE

Move them to the middle. They've been trying to say they're top tier for years but they're just not. Top tier is KKG, Alpha Phi, and Tri Delt and DG is middle.
