Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 2.2 They tried to recruit me. Toured the house and met some guys. Seemed lame compared to a lot of the bigger houses. Needless to say I didn't join lol

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 1.6 They have been on the decline the past few years. I only know a few members, so that leads me to assume they are not very involved.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 2.0 Definitely on the decline. Had a strong presence in the past but current members are not involved and their parties have a weird vibe to them, hopefully they rise again but for now I can't see them going anywhere.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 2.8 I would say that although they have been historically a great house, they have been declining and their lack of involvement is directly impacting. Don't get me wrong they are nice and fun guys. Typical tv frat.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 5.0 I will admit i love all phi delts, they are fun to party with and always have a good time. They party harder than most houses at ISU. I feel bad for who ever lives in the apartments around 301!!!
