IMO it seems that XO has sacrificed looks in certain years to get back into top 5 for grades. Girls are kind of iffy looking... but hey, it works for Theta.

And yet their pledge classes aren't top three in grades and neither is their house. The houses that are have gorgeous girls and they are well rounded too
