They have no money which is why their house is falling apart and they give bids to everyone. They try really hard to be like Beta but they always fall short. It's a social club not a fraternity.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at The University of Oklahoma - OU 2.2 They were perceived as being the top house on campus, but they were far from it. They were all weird and arrogant. One of them that I met told me within the first 10 minutes of meeting him that he regretted going Sig Ep. Not a top house.
