whats pi phis reputation?

I always thought pi phi was considered a top house but on here it says that their reputation is dropping and I wanna know why? What are the girls like?

they're not dropping at all, the criticism is most likely from girls who didn't get bids. Still by far the hottest overall sorority on campus, the only other house which even comes close is Zeta.
