why does everyone rank tri-delt as number 1?

Why does everyone always rank Tri-Delt as number 1 or in the top 2-3 houses at IU? Nothing against them I would just like some specific reasons as to why the DDD girls are so phenom.

totally agree for half the sorority at least. you could split tri delt down the middle and get aephi and piphi/aphi, every jap that comes into rush thinks they are getting tri delt and end up in aephi miserable or dropping rush
