rushing a sorority as a transfer sophomore

by: Transfer gal

I will be transferring to UCF in fall 16, and i'll be considered a sophomore. will being a transfer sophomore negatively affect me during rush, even though I'm very outgoing and personable?

At this point most of the woman who rush are sophomores. You're fine. Just be the best version of yourself.

Like yes said, it's about 40% and that's a lot. I don't know why anyone would stress about rushing as a sophomore, it's a very common thing and I actually recommend it to people because as a sophomore you usually have a better idea of who you are as a person, what you value, and what you want out of a sorority. Which gives you a better chance at finding your home unlike the girls who don't know who they are or who they want to be.
