Seniors don't usually rush, but there's always a handful. It's not overly common though.
Lower tiers tend to take juniors. Juniors don't get cut from everywhere, they just may not necessarily get their first choice.

Once in a while, juniors get in to a top tier, either because they know a lot of girls in the sorority, or are super beautiful and the sorority is willing to overlook the year.
This doesn't mean juniors won't get in anywhere, though. Other sororities will still take upperclassmen.

do a lot of seniors actually rush? & do the mid/lower tiers take a lot of juniors or do a lot of upperclassmen end up getting cut from every where?
