As a junior next year, what are the chances that I will be able to get a bid?
Do sororities at this school usually give bids to juniors? Or is it an uncommon thing?

based on conversations we have had
Alpha phi and Pi phi took anywhere from 2-4 juniors and dropped most sophomore and juniors in the earlier sets.
Good news is Gamma phi took anywhere from 7-10 juniors and according to their latest PC list took a decent amount of sophomores.
Many of the other houses took more than these top 3 houses. I suggest you give it a try.
