Honestly, a bunch of below average group of guys that believe they are so called "chill." Don't have much social life or anything to compare to major frats on campus. Are you even real!?

Making a more accurate rank because the person who rated below is sheltering facts. Sure, maybe they do have a group of amazing guys but that doesn't make them a better tier than they are, which is clearly bottom. They don't have socials, they aren't popular, they aren't involved because they don't participate in other philanthropies and don't have one themselves. Being in Humo may help but they need to make a stride to have a social with the new sorority, Theta, TriDelt, and heck maybe even SDT

As of right now, these guys are rising but without a house you can't do much to be completely relevant on this campus. Being a part of Humo next year is a stride in the right direction but other than that, these guys can't be taken seriously as anything more than bottom tier.

Know a good amount of dudes currently in Psi U, all of which are dope. I'm in a different house here but they're definitely one of the cooler lesser-known fraternities IMO. Seems like the people who actually know them only have positive things to say, so I'm excited to see what they do in the near future

Super surprised about this house. Didn't know much about them (never really heard of them), and then met a few of them. Really like them. Personally, I think they have the makings to be a top tier house---not saying that's going to happen though.
