Sig Chi has the best location, and the biggest basement. The basement is amazing when its packed

Agreed with sig chi house. TDX has great location and the house big. Open gig last week was jammed.

From my knowledge, there is about 4 houses that can physically hold a tier 4 party. Two of them are triangle and theta xi. They both have huge houses that a party of 400 wouldn't even be packed.
