Phi Psi- top house, pull most girls easily, love beerpong, douchey, haze a little
Theta Chi- top tier house, more stonerish than phi psi, party harder, haze hard
SAE- party hard like theta chi, drink a lot, not in IFC so that hurts, haze most
Fiji- lax-broish, popular during rush because least hazing of top tiers, pull lots of girls
Pike- focus a lot on parties, good looking, haze a little, lose popularity after freshmen year, hitting girl incident did not help them
Sig Ep- top house of middle tier, no hazing, ripped on most by top tiers for pledge term, athletic
Chi Phi- biggest mix of kids, well liked by many sororities, nice guys, few weird ones, haze some
Chi Psi- married to ADPi, don't hangout with wide range of sororities like chiphi
Sig Chi- big mix of kids, have good charity events, party good amount too
Phi Delt- similar to sig chi, mix with same sororties and have similar kids
DKE- also similar to sig chi and phi Delt, but have been slowly slipping down the ladder
DU- relatively new house, been bidding huge numbers to become relevant, throw good parties at their big nice new house
DTD- same description as DU
PiKapps- been slipping a lot, throw decenf open parties but that's about it
Shady- used to be relevant but not anymore, viewed as creepy
TDX- great physical house, but not relevant right now
Delta Chi- decent open parties, not relevant, some say on the rise? Who knows
Kappa Sig- good location, tailgates attract many geed freshman, but are irrelevan
