Where does DKE stand in terms of top houses?

My personal favorite and always considered one of the top but why never top three?

They’re upper mid at best, won’t ever be too three because they only mix with two certain sororities and don’t branch out

They won’t be top three because the only “top 3” srat they hang w is kappa. Otherwise they only mix with aephi which is mid
