I'm in a frat that mixes with all 4 of those houses. My favorite is ZTA, both for looks and personalities of the girls; then the other 3 are even with different personalities.

1. ZTA's show up in mass quantity to our mixers and they go pretty hard, but are also nice girls.
2-4. Pi Phi's girls are very nice and close with one another, but not quite as attractive as ZTA. Deeph girls are a little more catty than Pi Phi but are moving up faster. ADPi girls are the nicest of the bunch (including ZTA), and are more attractive than Pi Phi/Deeph, but those girls don't go as hard as the others.

All of these have a mix of gorgeous girls and girls who are far from it. Ranking the newest pledge classes:
1. ADPi
2. Deeph
3. Zeta
4. Pi Phi

And for the record, DG is above all of these but after their most recent pc I'd put them on this list between adpi and deeph

Thank you for such a positive and honest review of these houses. The girls are all pretty friendly with each other and it is so refreshing to see a review that is not bashing or pitting houses against each other. They really do try to support each others philanthropies as best as they can.

Each of these sororitys are pretty diverse within the house, but have a mixture of pretty girls, not so pretty girls, girls who party, girls who don't, etc. Ranks:

1 - ADPi - Nicest girls but don't go out as often
2 - ZTA - Mostly pretty girls and go out a fair ammount
3 - DPhiE - A little Jappy but fun and party a lot
4 - Pi Phi - Close as a house but don't party that hard. Decently attractive
