Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.6 Not a terrible frat, but not top by any means. They definitely think they're better than they are just because of their house, and they're not really nice guys either. I could see them getting better in 2-3 years but they need to lose the attitude to get respect from other fraternities. Lowest of the middle tier I'd say.

Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.2 Basically a group of geeds that like to sit around, smoke, and play video games. Mix with maybe one sorority. No presence on campus whatsoever.

Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.2 Went through rush in January and there were a couple of nice and super cute girls there visiting the dog. The brothers seemed awkward, so I decided not to pledge. Went to St. Pat's at the Frats and stopped at DU. Most of the girls who stopped by were not hot at all. The brothers know to party, but not how to attract the hotties.

Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.8 Supposedly the older guys became drunks when the house burnt down but they still have top underclassmen with the "nicest house on campus." They spent most of the year on sopro (which might be why they're not asking anyone to pregame, which is a total waste of a top house/spot IMO). Especially b/c their open parties are always crazy! Some or my favorite mixers too. Overall, nice charming guys who will be making moves next year. Might be a classier/cuter version of DKE in the making. Well see!!

Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.2 Their older guys from before the new house are weird and not attractive but the freshman and sophomores are super fun and a few are really cute. Even though they don't mix with everyone their open parties are always great. When the older guys are out gone and a few more good pledge classes they can be top tier. Plus adorable frat hound.
