The extremely rich AU students that everyone hates are the reason we give one of the most financial aid in the country. Just like George Washington University or University of Southern California or New York University. AU does have a rich-kid reputation.

I’ve seen Ferraris and Maseratis driven by rich white kids and international kids.

Others might jet to New York for a weekend to go clubbing.
