an honest opinion

there are the top 5 sororities that have socials with the top 8 fraternities, which are alpha phi, theta, kd, aopi, and tridelt.
alpha phi, theta and kd are slightly above aopi and tridelt but regardless these are the 5 that the top frats associate with.
the fraternities are dchi, fiji, tke, aepi, ka, phidelt, ato, and sigma chi.
dchi and fiji are arguably the two best with tke, ka, and phidelt following, then ato and sigma chi.
you may disagree, but these 8 fraternities and 5 sororities are the only ones that have events together on a regular basis. on occasion one of these fraternities might have a bar tab with someone like axid or something but they are typically jokes. same if one of these sororities had a pregame with a fraternity not in that 8.

honestly maybe it was that way in the past but i wouldnt say its that clear cut anymore after this past spring rush. also it doesnt make sense to say top 5 sororities and then top 8 fraternities. the numbers dont even add up to them just socializing with each other.
