Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.0 No house, check them out in maybe 5 years from this post. They might get their house back but parties are lame, the guys are not good at talking to girls, they don't know each other, and why would you want to rush a house without an actual house. It becomes way cheaper to live in a fraternity than anywhere else so why not reap the benefits of it from an actual fraternity instead of them. Ask them who their executive board is and they can't name their own brothers.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.2 Don't know each other, and have to use other fraternities for parties because they don't have a house. It rebuilt, and has plenty of brothers but no house, weird parties, and horrible brotherhood.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 5.0 They are a solid group of men who truly live by their mottos. They are new on campus and show great potential in the years to come. Given that they do not have a house yet, it is amazing all they have accomplished. I can't wait to see what these gentlemen do in their next few years on campus.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.0 I got to say, the new chapter seems to be up and coming. They made a come back this past fall and are now full of a variety of people. They have guys that are in ROTC as well as several organized sports, including rowing and volleyball. I definitely would like to see where they are heading. I heard that they rented out their house while they were off the scene, with the current inhabitants being Sigma Alpha Mu, and the next being Pi Kapp (word has it their house is sinking, lol)

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.4 I love these guys! My first interaction with them was a sober and I had so much fun talking to them. I enjoyed them so much I went surfing with one of them. I would love to do more events with them sober or not. I hope they get their house finished soon when they do that they will easily be a top horse.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.0 Honest review- this frat has been out of the light for a while now and from what I've heard had some serious issues in their past, but With their resurgence this past fall and winter quarter they have left an amazing impression. The vast majority of the brothers are very active and athletically built but still capable of quality conversation. They have a big focus on how they carry themselves and show class in the way they talk and treat those they interact with though they still have a great time ;) will be a future top tier.
