Honestly, ranks are starting to change. It seems that Lambda, Sig Chi, and Sig Nu are on the decline and TKE, AEPi, and ZBT are on the up and up. would not be surprised if either AEPi or TKE claims a spot in the top 3 in the next few years. ZBT looks like they are gonna replace Sig Nu as the king in the middle tier. Phi Psi, Lambda, Sig Chi, AEPi and TKE will still remain as the top 5 for the foreseeable future

TKE's going no where, they've crawled so far up their ass after climbing the ranks into the top 5 that they're bound to drop again to the upper-middle tier where they belong. There is truth to the rest of this post

Pi kapp is probably top of the middle tier and climbing since they're out doing ZBT and sig nu. They have made huge jumps and they'll continue to keep rising no doubt.
