houses w/ upward mobility?
by: curiousOpinions about what houses are up-and-coming? From last few pledge classes, who has the most potential, who's improved, etc. for both fraternities and sororities?

Kappa will become solidly the most sought after house by PNMs
DG will be second, they are losing the fewer and fewer "hot ticket pnms" to kappa
Pi phi and alpha phi will duke it out for 3rd while theta slips
Mid tier is a toss up but tridelt seems to be slipping and gamma phi seems to be improving, aka making tridelt adpi and Gphi pretty even (as tridelt used to be way above adpi and Gphi way below adpi)
Agd and axo will compete to not be dead last in formal, and sdt will keep doing their own thing, which they seem to be happy about

Gotta agree that theta is slipping and gamma phi is rising quickly. I'd even say trident is below a dpi and gphi but besides that you're on point.

Go home gamma phi, tri Delt is still above you and you aren't catching up
Also sorry but AGD is def on your level stop putting them down. If anything if they do well again next year could put them between you and adpi who sorry, is definitelyyyy still above

Also I think most potential obviously agd but also actually sdt since they have more freedom (no formal, no house mom) so technically with some enterprising girls they could do something cool with that.
Most improved def axo and Gphi. It's weird how everything is squishing towards the middle quality wise. Pi phi also is turning things around

Houses that noticeably did better- pi phi, adpi, agd, axo
Houses that did substantially worse- a phi, gphi

This year-
Really bad: DG Theta
Bad: TriDelt ADPi
Same: AGD
Good: Alpha Phi Gamma Phi
Great: Kappa Pi Phi AXO
Revised rankings:
Kappa (way ahead)
DG
Pi Phi
Alpha Phi
Theta
ADPi
Tridelt
Gamma Phi
AXO
AGD
The bottom didn't change much in rank but they all got closer together. Middle lower got worse and bottom got better. The top houses moved around a bit. Kappa cemented itself above DG and DG now looks a lot like Pi Phi and Alpha Phi. Pi Phi did so well it jumped Alpha Phi, even though they had a good PC too. Theta's third bad year in a row made them fall to the bottom of the top.

This is it except put tridelt above adpi and you forgot SDT...
Basically this year just widened the gap between the top 5 and the bottom 6. Pi phi, alpha phi and theta are pretty close to even... DG too. There's a top 1, an upper 4 and the bottom 6.
Granted they are all pretty awesome houses- lots of girls in AXO would be in the top house at any other school. I think it's good its all blending - makes it easier for pnms to go with their gut in rush.

You literally cannot say Theta is below Alpha Phi, Tridelt is below ADPi or AGD is below AXO. Clearly in one of those houses

Why would alpha phi put themselves equal to Pi phi instead of above like the rankings the past 2 years? Pi phi did great but alpha phi did well too - only theta and DG bombed in the top this year. Pi phi, alpha phi and theta are now all equal or totally up to personal preference.

Agree! Seen girls from all the houses under discussion and this is correct. Fewer pretty girls going through Recruitment bc of stricter admission standards, but definitely feel both Pi Phi and Gamma Phi went way up and Theta, DG and Tri Delt went down.
