Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.8 Severance(their halfway house) throws down. With the row the way it is, SAE is still raging with Sev. The Halloween party they threw was one of the best parties I have been to all year. Love these guys. True fraternity.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.2 Not gonna lie these guys were starting to suck last year, but they have killed it this year. Some of the biggest parties out of any house here so far this semester. Definitely on the rise again.
