Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 5.0 no question... top house, awesome nice and hot guys, super fun parties where you can dance and talk to guys without being creeped on. i dont know about some of these other comments, cuz aepis are down to earth and have an incredible brotherhood. their pledging is more difficult, but from what i hear has gotten much much easier over the years from the school tightening up.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.6 they have very good brotherhood. but also a very tough pledge semester. expect to be there 6 nights a week. school nights are until atleast 2am. Watch out for pledge fight club

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.6 Their house smells so bad and it's so dirty. The boys are nothing but disrespectful and creepy. If they aren't creeping on you or being rude they're usually starring at you from the second floor.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 AEPi is rising. They're pretty much upper middle. Great guys, plenty of good looking ones. Super fun and chill. Great parties. Nuff said.
