Business fraternity is not even reconized by IFC so it can't even be in the same division. And no Sigma Pi cannot be ranked first it has brought down the greek GPA the last few semesters. Some fraternity's may have members that may be a little sterotypical but at least they are smart.

I'm not a member of Lambda Chi, but they got chapter of the year and actually make Greeks look good to the community. I would place them as #1 due to that. Not to mention they went from 11 to 45 guys in one year! They'll be the big dogs soon!
