Just no. Sigma Chi second tier? Really? They are one of the best, if not THE best on campus. I think Sigma Chi, Phi Delt, and Sigma Tau are the tops...and I don't even LIKE Sig Tau. But the truth is the truth.

Id say Phi Delt, Sig Chi, and Sig Tau are top tier because they are the ones that have the best parties, girls and have the best houses.
