Hey there:
I will be attending USM this fall and intend on going GREEK ! However, I will be coming from Los Angeles and unfortunately have absolutely NO connection with the Southern Miss Greek community. I'm hoping to find a great group of guys with whom I can share my college years but Im worried that I'll be treated as an outsider because of my west coast roots. Should I be concerned about this ? Anyone have any advice or tips for me ?

Hey man! You shouldn't feel any form of pressure when it comes to joining a greek organization here. Just go in with an open mind and go where you feel comfortable.
As far as advice goes, I would follow the social media pages of the different chapters. They will more than likely reach out to you and help you with any questions you might have!
