I still don't think they are better than ato and theta chi. Delts just recently became the top.

I think everyone in the Greek system would agree that the top sororities are KD, DG, Aphi, AGD, theta, and kappa... And the top fraternities are Theta chi, SAE, ATO, and Delts

I'd include tkes in top 5 frats and definitely would leave KD at bottom of the middle top tier

I'd put them between AGR and Sigma Kappa. Kindof awkward fraternity that hasn't really gone up or down. Dirty house, not many bangers unless it's a bi/triad. But I wouldn't say they are a last option, just if you could get into somewhere like ATO or SAE (example) instead, then do it.
