What do people think of the new Pi phi? Any chances of being a top house again?

i saw several of them in their letters and I was shocked, nothing close to looking like an Pi phi an d no way will they be top! Bottom house for sure!

Pi Phis will be top house again because girls love their nickname Pi Phi and will want to be in a house that is very strong Nationally. I am a Cougar Sorority Alum (not Pi Phi) and I know Pi Phis will be top house again.

They also have that nice house in a great location. Just watch.

Just wait... all the older Pi Phis daughters will start going through rush and they will be top house again.

I think they will stay at mid tier for a while- it takes houses several years (at least ) to come back or start up.

Will stay bottom for a couple years then may go up to middle but that's about it!
