fraternities rankings

Since the girls rankings is a mess, i was curious as what you think of the fraternities.
This what i think:
Top: SAE, PhiDelts
Lower Top: Theta Chi, PiKapps
Upper Middle: PKTs, Delts, Sigma Nu, SigEps
Lower middle: KSigs, ATOs, Lambdas, Betas, Sigma Pi, Phi Taus
upper Bottom: DUs, Tekes, Theta Xi, DChi, AGR, Fiji, DSigs
Bottom bottom: Acacia, Farmhouse, Sigma Chi
Honorable mentions: Pikes,
On the rise: PKTs, Sigma Nu, KSigs, Phi Taus. (Does not mean their going to be a top house, they're just getting better)
On the Decline: ATOs, Theta Chi, Tekes, Delts.

Tekes upper middle? You have got to be kidding me? Lower middle is the highest anyone that isn't dating a teke or is a teke would place them at. And Greek! did mention Pikes.

oh and Pikes, they still pull way more than 3/4 of the houses on this list
