What’s the best way to go about rushing a fraternity?

Moved into state little over a year ago, don’t have any connections to any actives. Would informal or formal rush be better for me to do? If informal, what’s the best way to get into contact with chapters?

Definitely reach out to all fraternity rush chairs.. you can find that info on the fraternities instagram page. Send them a quick text and let them know you are interested in rushing. I would do this sooner than later as many houses are starting to extend bids.
