Definitely not the most popular fraternity, but great guys who have improved tenfold over the past year or two. They’re really nice down to earth guys that me and my and a few of my sisters love hanging out with

They guys are pretty okay, but its a mix of some really cute guys and some really bad looking ones. Their house is okay, it is kinda nice that they have a room upstairs for pong and whatnot. The basement, however, is very wet. Like the walls, the ceiling, the people everything... They do have a nice yard with a high fence so you can go hang out outside which is nice.

honestly they are not that bad to what people say they are. I have seen more people there this year but I would rather go to DKE across the street or go down the road to SAE. a lot of weird guys, they just stared at us and didnt realy dance with girls, but there are some cute and genuine guys....

These guys are chill and friendly for sure but that's about all I can say. They got a few studs but many more weird kids. Also they historically have one of the lowest GPA's for fraternities. They can throw some pretty decent parties especially at the beginning of the year but on almost every other metric they are very low.
