Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 1.6 Every semester they tell rushee how great the Oak Lane house is and then they will get it back soon. But they need like a 100 guys to be able to afford the rent. How soon is that going to happen? Maybe they can split it with some GDI group the school forces them to marry.
