I've been to a lot of the popular frats, and these guys aren't creepy at all compared to the them. Two of their parties were the most fun I've been to freshman year

Great guys but lack a sense of purpose. If these guys would stay out of trouble and clean up their act, they might fall in the top 5 of chapters on campus. Until then, simply middle tier.

They have been on probation for a while due to unlucky situations, but they are off of it. Great guys, fun to be around, and know how to have a good party. Younger guys are really helping make a name for this fraternity. Keep it up.

Completely self-ranked. I have never hear a freshman say they were going there for a party and it seems like these guys are basically invisible on campus. From what I HAVE heard, as little as it is, is that they are a fun group of guys (but almost every fraternity could be described this way), so I guess they have one thing going for them...
