absolute rock bottom tier, no real connections. the only thing theyre known for is having super open parties in the first week of fall for freshman girls that dont know better...sad scene

Went to a party, too crowded but was still a lot of fun. They share a house on Oak Lane with Phi Tau which is a little weird but it seems to be fine.

What a handsome group of guys... super tight brotherhood, really friendly, nice house. A bit smaller, but that only contributes to the brotherhood. Definitely on the rise!

Been throwing banger parties this semester. Their new Oak Lane house is a lot of fun. Don’t know much about their philanthropy and they have never done ours. I would love to see them around more.

tight brotherhood and great parties. Super friendly A lot of underclassmen from big pledge classes recently, but they seem to make it work. Good to see theyre off probation and getting back to having parties again. overall, could be top tier if they stay on the right track
