SAE shouldn't be at the top. Dudes are absolute pricks and they have a 2.9 average GPA. They're also ass at intramurals.

SAE and Pike are definitely the top two with Beta Sigma Chi and Delt not far behind. Their the most involed on campus, have the most socials, and genuinely the most interactive with tailgates and parties than most or all fraternities

This is super accurate.
PIKE AND SAE go back forth the top spot almost every year. Great houses and killer social. The main distinct between the two is emphasis on social, academic, and community. Pike excels at having the highest GPA on campus for frats while having the most members of any fraternity. They also have a huge emphasis on involvement on campus through student organizations and clubs and community based activities while taking on leadership roles. SAE does also but to a lesser degree. Where SAE strikes is social atmosphere. They have a great relationship with tri delt, theta, and not to say pike doesn’t, but the anticipation for a SAE party is talked around camous from girls that aren’t even in Greek life. SAE has way less of an emphasis on grades but still hangs around the top because of ALUMNI funding and name as well with killer socials which is why they go back and forth with pike. Pike takes the spearhead in athletics next to beta which is why I think currently they’re the premier chapter to be apart of. SAE couldn’t go wrong but they’re just not the same when it comes to academics or involvement as pike

As for beta, they just have some pretty good pcs. They have their groups that are attached to them but after not having a house and a pretty diverse pc it’s hard to say where they stand. They dominate intramurals along side pike but with their house being dry makes them have to be interactive in the bar scene and less social events like pike or sae. Beta is still around the top

As for Delt and Sig chi, they had some pretty bad pcs the last two semester. Sig chi is actually decent this fall, but prior isn’t it. Delt has been in the decline for a few Years, but still has killer tailgates, and some good parties, not like SAE or pike but still up there. Sig chi just got a brand new house and had a pretty good beach bash, they are involeent on campus heavily but lack some key social skills to mingle with and get along with soroties like SAE pike or beta. I think they’re growing and with their new house and hopefully a good pc they can be a more premier or top 3 fraternity. Delt needs to have more of an emphasis on their pcs and need to built a more social presence so they’re not stuck w a mid tier again like gphi for hoco. Also their pc is super nerdy.

The rest like Sig Ep Pi Kap and Theta Chi are all on the decline. A- sig and sig ep are both decent but lack the ability to socialize at a high level and recruit studs, pi kapp most likely done after getting bagged at a party. Theta chi just needs to stop letting everyone in their parties and start pritoiizeng their pc recruitment and mingle better socially. They rest all fall into place at the mid to bottom tier
