pledge process for fraternity

Ok so I know that of course that no fraternity would ever think about hazing, but hypothetically, which give their pledges the easiest time and which ones give them the hardest time?

the better the ranking/tier, the worse the hazing, typically. there are some lower tier frats with some weird traditions, but typically the higher ranked frats will haze harder.
