Pi Phi - obviously got a great PC as far as looks go. Sisterhood questionable but frats like them because they're hot blondes and party hard.
DG - Didn't do as well but lets be honest they're still up here. Again prob not the best sisterhood from what I've seen, but pretty/hot girls.
Middle (order somewhat interchangeable)
SK - Girls can party, have some hot girls, not as many as the top two. Borderline mid/top
KKG - Don't know why people think they've dropped so far, maybe not top anymore but they still have hot girls and are chill
ChiO - super well rounded and active, have cute girls, but not as many as people have been claiming on here. Really involved and sweet girls, nice sisterhood.
AOII/Theta - interchangeable. Both have some hot/chill girls and not so hot. AOII has some pretty cool girls who can party, seems like a good sisterhood for being so new. Theta didn't get a bad PC, but could be more involved, sisterhood seems pretty good.
Bottom
Tri Delta - Really involved, nice girls, great sisterhood. Not that cute.
AXO - Same as tridelt, less involved.
AEPhi - Don't know much about their PC

^kkg isnt above sk, theyre falling drastically, they have pretty girls but thats it, they have 0 involvement and never show up to anything

Theta has an edge over aoii but they're new so it's obvious. But I don't think they're on level with axo, they're above tri delta.
And yeah i agree kkg definitely hotter even tho they're not as involved

Ok based on everyone's replies this is the general consensus:
Pi Phi& DG top tier
Kappa- cusp of mid and top tper
SK/Theta/ChiO- interchangeable mid tier based on everyone's personal opinions and what you're judging on (I.e looks, personality, party, rep)
AEPhi/AXO- upper bottom tier
AOII/Tri delta- bottom tier

I agree with almost but also move theta down. They arent on the same level as sk and chi o. Put kappa on the same level as those two. And like almost said AOII/DDD above AXO/AEPHI since they have more cute girls and are way more involved.
