why is phi tau lower mid what seperates them from the frats below them? is it their house? Or their brothers? Bc i havent heard of them throwing or having a social with a sorority ever.

Beta Theta Pi was the last decent fraternity at Auburn. Only ones who didn’t follow any of the rules. Auburn made frats suck.
