Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity Ratings at KSU

they are a decent group, with greek life struggling at the moment its good enough to put them near the top. they're one of maybe 5 groups left id say are definitely worth rushing. pledge ship isn't that difficult like it used to be if you can make it through its worth it. a lot of good friends here and in SAE too. both are solid groups.

Wow.... Ill be honest, I just rushed these guys, and they are great, but the vibw i got from Greek rank (or GR for short), was much different. It goes to show that you never know unless you actually rush someone. Anyways I'm happy I got my first choice and i am going to stick it out. After maybe 1 & 1/2 weeks I'm convinced this is for me. You will not regret it.

maybe they're full of themselves and treat other guys bad because they're so image conscious, but i think they're a good group you either end up loving or hating. guys don't like them because of how they're treated and the fact that they have fun anyways i guess, i have never met any girl who was mad or uncomfortable here.

they'll be nice to you during rush, unless you go interview with other groups or end up joining another group all together. Unless you know someone in the fraternity from HS and bring a bunch of sorority girls good luck getting into anything they do. they're the only ones that do stuff like that, they say its all to promote brotherhood but there are better ways to go about it. They're all good friends, they have good events, they get pretty good grades, and girls come around a lot but they don't do very much for the community or raise much for philanthropy either. I'm not saying they're not one of the better fraternities here but they have a lot they can still work on.

Pretty alright guys. Don’t interact much with other chapters in Greek life.

thy are nice to you if you are a female but when it comes to guys in other fraternities, it varies. I know they're cool with SOME of the guys in DTD Pi Kapp and SAE. yeah they're popular, but classy? they're a little too loud and rambunctious for me to say they're classy, but my friends in sororities that hangout with them all say they love them and ho comfortable they are with them. They don't do too much for philanthropy but they have a big event or two. i'd recommend giving them a try this year.

The difference between this fraternity and others is that when they bring girls around freshman year they ALWAYS stay partying and attending events and being dates for the rest of the time they're in school. It doesn't leave a lot of room for more people to make friends, especially other fraternities but it says a lot about their character that they don't get the same fraternity hopping girls or have a reputation for being rude or mean. Probably the favorite fraternity of like 3 different sororities here.
